做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
