做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
