做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
