做(zuò )法:洗净宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
