做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
