做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
