做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
