做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
