做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
