做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
