做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
