做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
