做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
