做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
