做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
