做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
