做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
