做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
