做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
