做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
