做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。
