做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
