做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
