做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
