做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
