做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。
