做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
