做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
