做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
