做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
