做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
