做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
