做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
