做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。
