做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
