做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
