做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
