做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
