做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一(yī )遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
