做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
