做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
