做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。
