做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
