做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
