做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
