做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
