做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
