做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
