做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
