做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
